Warranty and Return Policy

Please Order Exactly What You Want (and Avoid Returns!)

We believe we provide the best products on the market and we'd like you to feel the same way about the service you receive from us. We are a small company and want to avoid a return as much as you do! Therefore, if you are the least bit uncertain about the product, color, texture, size, weight, etc., contact us! If you don't see your particular model of toner cartridge or inkjet listed, don't guess - contact us! We're here to assist you and make your buying experience as pleasant as possible, and will graciously research and/or discuss the product and the intended use, etc! We have experienced staff and sometimes one toll-free phone call can make a big difference. You can also contact us via email with your questions or concerns.

We understand there are special circumstances and mistakes in placing orders. It is very important that you contact us if you're the least bit uncertain about a product or shipping time. If you've placed your order incorrectly, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We can catch your order and correct it if you phone us within an hour of placing your order. If you place your order after 5 PM pacific time or during the weekend, relax and contact us by 9 AM pacific time on the next business day; our customer service center is closed Saturday and Sunday, so a weekend order won't be processed until Monday morning.

Cartridge and Ink Jet Returns

In order for us to process your return efficiently, you must obtain a Return Authorization ("RA") before sending anything back. To request a RA, simply contact our Customer Care Center by calling us toll-free at:1-800-337-8591

Along with your RA, you will be issued a FREE pre-paid postage label for sending back your cartridges.

All returned cartridges must be at least seventy (70%) percent filled. We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product. Unfortunately in our experience some people have used the entire cartridge and then sent it back asking for a refund. If a returned cartridge is less than 70% filled we will contact you. If you want the cartridge back you will have an opportunity to make payment arrangements for us to ship it back to you.

If you need a replacement product right away, we suggest you place a new order and begin the process for a refund. Due to the fact that some of our customers have requested new products without returning their questionable merchandise, we are unable to ship or make refunds/credits until we receive the products being returned. Your new order will be processed immediately. Credit will be issued once the questionable product is received, inspected, and it is determined that the product can not be repaired and returned to the customer.

If your cartridge is giving you questionable print quality please provide us with a sample page of the print quality that you are receiving. This is required if you are looking for a full refund.

All non-defective products must be returned in the packaging in an as-new condition. There will be a 25% restocking fee to cover the cost of shipping.
