Many online retailers will not ship to AE, APO, AP,
or FPO addresses, but here at Qtoner.com, we are
happy to serve our customers in the armed forces,
stationed at any AE, APO, AP, or FPO address.
However because these addresses can be in remote
places that are very difficult to reach, we are not
capable of covering the cost of insurance and
postage.
Shipping Notes:

Orders must be received before 3:00 PM PST Friday
and orders placed after 3:00 PM PST or on the
weekend will be shipped Monday. Orders will be
shipped when all items have been gathered. Items
will not be shipped individually.

International orders will not be processed, except
for Canada. No warranty on product request USPO
rates.

Once
a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the
responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is
responsible for any unforeseen delays in your
order's arrival. Please allow 15 business days for
packages to be delivered before the post office
considers it a lost package. After 15 business days
from the ship day, contact our Customer Care Center
at (800) 337-8591 to resolve any issues.

Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or
add to orders already placed. If you want to change
your order, you can cancel and replace your order by
calling our Customer Service Center at (800)
337-8591. Please note that we cannot cancel your
order after it has been shipped, but you can return
your order after you receive it by contacting
Customer Service at (800) 337-8591 and getting a RA
(Return Authorization). See Return Policy.
